We view our relationship with referring practices as a true clinical partnership. Our boutique medical environment is designed specifically to handle complex anterior segment management and custom specialty contact lens architecture, acting as an extension of your own practice.
Dedicated Co-Management
Your patients are strictly seen for the specific specialty lens evaluations or anterior segment conditions you request. Once our specialized fitting protocol is successfully completed, patients are explicitly directed back to your practice for all primary eye care, annual examinations, and ongoing general ocular health monitoring.
Zero Optical Competition
Our practice operates strictly as a specialty clinic: we do not maintain an optical dispensary and do not sell eyeglasses. Any refractive or hardware needs outside of specialty contact lenses remain entirely within your office.
Transparent Reporting
We prioritize clear, timely communication. Your office will receive comprehensive clinical updates and diagnostic mapping metrics following your patient's initial consultation, diagnostic fitting, and final lens dispensing to ensure seamless continuity of care.
How to Refer
Submit a referral using the form below, call our office at (972) 299-8675 Option 3, or email your referral to info@texascontactlens.com. If you prefer, you can also fax referrals in to: (945) 294-2750. We will take it from there: scheduling your patient, completing the specialty evaluation, and coordinating their lens design, and we will keep you informed of the results.
